As a Planning COE SME, you will be at the core of this transformation — designing and deploying the next generation of planning capabilities that decide what to stock, where, and when. Drive transformation from vision to delivery Lead end-to-end program execution across planning transformation initiatives Ensure delivery across timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies Coordinate across Planning, IT, Data, COEs, and external partners Partner and influence at senior level Work closely with senior stakeholders across functions Manage relationships with external vendors and consulting partners 10+ years of experience in program or project management in transformation environments ~ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ~ Experience working with external partners and global teams ~ Background in consulting is a strong plus ~ Familiarity with supply chain planning and tools (Servigistics, S/4HANA) is a plus ~ You will orchestrate transformation across a large-scale integral service supply chain You will contribute to building a future-ready, sustainable supply chain Work in a global organization with colleagues from 60+ nationalities, collaborating across cultures and geographies.
