Coordinate with IT suppliers and HQ teams System Monitoring (10%) Monitor logs, alarms, and performance UAT &

• System Rollouts (30%) Lead User Acceptance Testing for new digital projects Prepare test plans, scenarios, and documentation Experience in application support , system implementation , IT operations , or similar roles Understanding of IT project cycles , system configuration, and UAT Bachelor's degree xsgfvud in Computer Science , Information Systems , or related field English required (daily communication)
