Drive

Full-Lifecycle University Hiring: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for internships and entry-level cohorts, including talent sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing top-tier candidates. Cultivate deep relationships with university departments, career centers, student organizations, and faculty to host high-impact campus events and elevate Appian's employer brand.

Flex Across Talent Initiatives: Pivot seamlessly outside peak campus hiring cycles to support corporate, technical, and specialized hiring needs,



as well as talent projects such as interview training programs and candidate experience enhancements.

Partner as a Strategic Advisor: Collaborate directly with hiring managers and senior leaders across departments, utilizing data-driven insights to guide recruiting strategies for early-career and experienced roles alike.

Scale Recruitment Best Practices: Continually audit and improve our recruitment workflows, interview processes, and candidate experience in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Event & Project Management: Track record of organizing and executing high-volume campus recruiting events, career fairs, and cross-functional HR projects. Demonstrated presentation and public speaking ability, with proficiency in modern ATS platforms and presentation software (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Canva).

Experience with specialized technical recruiting for software engineering or enterprise SaaS environments. Exposure to employer branding strategy, CRM sourcing tools, or recruitment analytics. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.
