We are looking fora Technical Manager to join an important Project located in Madrid, Rivas-vaciamadrid. What are we looking for?

- Technical Manager, with aproximately 6 years of experience.
- Availability to relocate to a stable project in Madrid, Rivas-vaciamadrid.
- Work Schedule: M-T: 9H //F: 5,5H

Requirements:

- Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- Extensive experience in complex technological environments, preferably in avionics, defence or aeronautical systems.
- Nice to have: Knowledge of avionics systems such as: Navigation, communications, mission, sensors and/or control. Embedded systems integration.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with motivation, clarity and a results-oriented approach.
- Strategic vision, initiative and a focus on technical excellence.

What will your responsibilities be?

- Lead a technical team, coordinating key project areas and ensuring excellence throughout all phases of the system lifecycle.
- Assign tasks, monitor workload, and support the resolution of technical blockers.
- Coordinate the design, development, integration, and validation of avionics systems.
- Manage the system lifecycle, from requirements definition through to entry into service.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices for avionics and safety‑critical systems (DO-178, DO-254, ARINC, etc., as applicable).
- Act as the technical interface with other departments, customers, and project stakeholders.
