Click&Boat; is a rental platform product of Boats Group, the fastest‐growing digital business in the recreational boating space. It hosts a marketplace of over 500,000 boats and is the European leader in boat rentals. The team includes techies, creatives, marketers, closers and customer advocates who push technology to make buying, selling & renting boats easy and accessible worldwide.

The role

We are hiring a Travel Advisor to join our team in Barcelona and manage French‐speaking clients interested in booking boat rentals.

What Floats Your Boat

- Understand customers' needs and advise them on their boat search. Find the best deals by negotiating prices with Click&Boat; boat owners. No cold calling, only warm leads already in the pipeline.
- Maximize conversion rates by applying sales strategies and supporting customers throughout the sales process until closure, providing all booking information.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty so that customers think of Click&Boat; next time they go sailing.

You will have a reachable annual target, potentially distributed monthly or quarterly. Over‐performance is rewarded. To maximize reactivity and customer satisfaction, you will work at least one Saturday per month, with a planned recuperation day off to guarantee two days off per week.

What You Bring Aboard

- Native French speaker and fluent in English.
- Ideally one or two years of successful experience in Business Development, Account Management or Sales.




- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle autonomously, from understanding the need to closing and upselling.
- Team player, trustworthy, proactive, and customer‐satisfaction‐driven.

Bonus points (great to have, never a dealbreaker)
- Knowledge of another language is highly valued.
- Boating background and interest is a plus.

Full‐time contract starting as soon as possible. The package is from 30k€ depending on experience. The variable part is 20% and not capped.
