The VP of Sales role focuses on driving new business for Peak Outsourcing International by cultivating and closing new client accounts. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through various channels (lead generation, cold calling, digital) to building strong relationships with senior management, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that maximize profitability. Must have solid experience in sales in the BPO Industry

With 3 years extensive experience xugodme or more in a sales and business development role

With strong experience in xqysrnh closing sales with targeted prospects on clients

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Experience selling face to face/virtual with new business prospects desire to succeed by meeting or exceeding sales targets

Computer literate with knowledge of CRM tools and Google applications is a plus
