We are looking for a Warehouse Operation Specialist to support daily activites.

Monitor and control daily warehouse operations: a. Sorting accuracy, productivity, and damage control c. Sorting productivity and error rates c. Daily backlog and service performance Support the Operations Manager: a.

Coordinate and supervise third-party service providers (warehouse operators, sortation teams, line-haul partners): a. Service schedules and manpower planning b. Quality, productivity, and SLA compliance Ensure strict adherence to Spanish operational standards: a.





Data accuracy and system discipline Actively support system usage (WMS / TMS / internal tools) and ensure correct data input Participate in pilot projects, process optimization initiatives, and peak-season preparations.

Education in Logistics and related field is desirable

- Proven experience in warehouse operations (Cross Docking) and parcel delivery
- Good understanding of applicable law and local regulations in third party workforce management
- Good analytical skills and data handling capability (Excel, operational reports)
- Can use both Spanish and Chinese as working languages
- Driving licence is not mandatory but considered an advantage due to warehouse location
- Willingness to work versátil hours when required (peaks, operational incidents).
