We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks: Provide L3 support for Windows Server and VMware platforms in enterprise environments.

Manage Windows

Server administration, upgrades, migrations and patching activities. Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, virtual machines and host infrastructure.

Support Windows Failover

Clustering, DFS and File Services. Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis and incident resolution. Execute change, problem,



request and configuration management activities following ITIL processes. Coordinate maintenance activities, platform upgrades and infrastructure changes. Mentor L1/L2 teams and contribute to operational improvements and automation initiatives. WHAT TECHNOLOGIES WILL YOU USE?
