For our office in Kruibeke, Belgium, we are looking for a full-time Office Manager (m/f/d)

to join our team as soon as possible.

What awaits you:

- Be the go-to person for our Customer Service team and support colleagues in their daily work
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
- Manage the full order process – from quotations and orders to deliveries and complaints
- Keep office processes running smoothly and collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics and other teams
- Coordinate customer projects, installations and appointments
- Drive process improvements and contribute to exciting cross-functional projects

Your Profile:

- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Operations
- Ejoy taking responibility and providing professional guidance and support to a team
- Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus and a strong spirit




- Fluent Dutch and very good English skills and confident handling of common MS Office applications
