Account Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities with us:

- Lead and develop the regional sales organisation to achieve sales, contribution margin, and design-in targets

- Drive the development of existing customers and acquisition of new business to strengthen the regional market position

- Define and implement regional sales strategies, targets, budgets, and business plans in alignment with company objectives

- Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, including target setting, performance reviews, and resource planning

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and suppliers and support important commercial and price negotiations

- Work closely with Product Marketing, Field Application Engineering, Internal Sales, Supply Chain, Material Management,

Your qualifications:

- Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally within electronics distribution, electronic components, or another technical environment

- Proven experience in leading and developing sales teams and managing regional sales performance

- Strong commercial understanding with experience in sales planning, budgeting, margin management, and business development

- Confident negotiation and stakeholder-management skills combined with a strong customer and results orientation

- Fluent Spanish and good English skills as well as willingness to travel within the region
