Your role

As an M&A; Manager, you will lead mergers and acquisitions transactions from A to Z within an entrepreneurial and human-sized team. Your role will encompass the following responsibilities:

- Lead the transaction execution process, from financial modelling/valuation through to closing, coordinating all stakeholders involved.
- Actively participate in business development, the prospecting of new clients, and the development of our network of entrepreneurs and investors.
- Supervise and train more junior members of the team (Associates), ensuring excellence and rigour in deliverables.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice to executives at each key stage of their transaction.
- Participate in the development of Allyum's internal methods and tools, notably through the integration of new technologies and AI.

Your profile

You have 5 to 8 years of prior successful experience in M&A;, investment banking, Transaction Services or Private Equity. You have a thorough command of financial modelling, valuation methodologies and the entire M&A; process.





You demonstrate natural leadership, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a well-developed entrepreneurial mindset. You are autonomous, rigorous and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You have a strong interest in new technologies and AI. You are fluent in French and English (knowledge of Dutch is an asset).
