About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Collibra & Data Governance Practitioner to support the evaluation and implementation of Collibra as a strategic platform for Data Governance and Metadata Management.

The mission focuses on validating Collibra capabilities, translating existing governance processes into future-state solutions, and helping establish a scalable data governance framework across the organization.

This is a hands-on role combining Collibra expertise, Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Catalogs, Data Lineage, Data Quality, Data Architecture, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Collibra Proof of Concept (POC)

- Lead and coordinate the functional Collibra POC.
- Evaluate and test:
- Metadata Management
- Data Catalogs
- Technical Lineage
- Governance Workflows
- Data Quality Integration
- Translate business requirements into test scenarios and recommendations.
- Guide users and stakeholders during testing and adoption activities.

Data Governance & Platform Design

- Analyze existing data governance capabilities and operating models.
- Perform fit-gap analyses between current processes and Collibra capabilities.
- Promote a standard-first / adopt-native approach.
- Identify opportunities to simplify existing solutions and reduce complexity.

Future-State Architecture

- Define recommendations for a scalable and maintainable Collibra setup.
- Collaborate with:
- Data Governance teams
- Enterprise Architects
- Data Engineers
- Integration Teams
- Support metadata ingestion, lineage, governance workflows, and operating models.

Knowledge Transfer & Capability Building





- Coach and mentor internal teams.
- Deliver knowledge-transfer sessions and training.
- Support the establishment of an internal Collibra Competence Center.
- Enable teams to manage platform configuration and evolution independently.
