Summary

We are looking for a Senior Security Project Manager to coordinate and deliver multiple cyber security projects across Security, Network, Infrastructure and Development teams. You will be responsible for keeping projects on track across planning, budget, quality, risk and reporting, while ensuring clear communication with management and stakeholders. This role is based 5 days per week on-site in Brussels.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate multiple security-related projects
- Align plans, timelines and dependencies across several teams
- Track project progress, budget, quality and risks
- Provide clear reporting to management and stakeholders
- Identify delivery risks and propose mitigation plans
- Support teams with project reporting and follow-up
- Coordinate with teams managing both project work and day-to-day operations
- Ensure changes are communicated clearly
- Maintain clear project documentation in English




- Support compliance-related activities and reporting
- Coach and guide team members on project delivery

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing Security projects
- Experience leading projects involving multiple teams
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2 or similar
- Experience working with Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban or Lean
- Experience with compliance and compliance reporting
- Experience with ticket-based project tracking; JIRA is a plus
- Strong understanding of the cyber security landscape
- Basic understanding of technologies and concepts including SIEM, SOAR, EDR, IAM, PAM, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, PKI, DevSecOps and IDS/IPS
- Able to work effectively in a complex and fast-changing environment
