As part of the deployment of a new enterprise ALM platform, the organization is migrating large volumes of requirements, specifications, test cases and engineering records from legacy systems into Codebeamer.

The Migration Engineers will support data preparation, migration execution and validation activities while working alongside solution architects and engineering teams.

Mission

Support the migration and onboarding of engineering data into Codebeamer while ensuring consistency, traceability and quality of migrated information.

Responsibilities

• Analyze source data from existing engineering repositories

• Prepare migration datasets and mapping files

• Execute migration scripts and import activities

• Validate migrated requirements and associated links





• Support traceability verification activities

• Perform data quality assessments

• Produce migration documentation and reports

• Support end users during validation phases

• Escalate data inconsistencies and migration issues

Required Skills

Mandatory

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Engineering, Systems Engineering or Software Engineering

• Knowledge of requirements management concepts

• Strong analytical mindset

• Experience with Excel and data manipulation

• Ability to work with structured engineering data

Nice to Have

• Initial exposure to Codebeamer, DOORS or Polarion

• Basic SQL knowledge

• Understanding of software development lifecycle

• Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes
