Description

We are looking for a Junior FlowSparks Learning Developer to create engaging digital learning materials, develop structured storyboards, and transform subject-matter content into effective e-learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- 10% – Content Analysis: Analyse raw input from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), ensuring content is complete, accurate, and up to date through stakeholder discussions and reviews.
- 30% – Storyboarding: Create structured learning storyboards in line with internal design principles, including ADDIE, UDEL, and Adult Learning Principles.
- 55% – Digital Learning Development:



Develop interactive digital learning materials using FlowSparks.
- 5% – Review & Validation: Coordinate reviews, incorporate feedback, and ensure learning materials are properly adapted and validated.
