Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Wealth Advisor role based in Antwerp. The Senior Wealth Advisor will lead client relationships, provide comprehensive financial and retirement planning, and design tailored investment strategies aligned with client objectives and risk profiles. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client portfolios, monitoring performance, advising on wealth preservation and growth, and preparing clear, actionable financial reports. The role involves collaborating with internal specialists, staying current on market developments and private market opportunities, and ensuring all recommendations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.



The Senior Wealth Advisor is expected to mentor junior team members and contribute to business development through client referrals and networking.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, with the ability to develop holistic, long-term strategies for diverse client profiles.
- Deep knowledge of Investments and Finance, including portfolio construction, risk management, and multi-asset and private market solutions.
- Proven experience delivering comprehensive Wealth Management Services, focusing on client goals, tax efficiency, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., Certified Private Banker, CFA, or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a consultative approach and strong ethical standards.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted client relationships and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or other local languages is a strong advantage.
