Experteer Overview

In this role you will contribute to highway and roadway design within AECOM’s Linear Infrastructures team. You will work on projects from feasibility through detail design, collaborating with cross‑functional teams on international assignments.

You support CAD standards, produce 2D/3D drawings, and train junior staff as needed. You will help deliver robust, safe, and scalable infrastructure solutions for public and private sector clients. This is an opportunity to shape road projects across multiple regions while growing your technical leadership in a global firm.

- Set CAD standards and procedures; produce complex 2D/3D drawings and markups.
- Develop geometric designs for linear infrastructures.
- Mentor/train less experienced staff in drawing and graphics.

Responsabilidades

- Proven track record on highway/civil designs (+2 years)
- Proficiency in Open Roads, Civil 3D, or 12d Model (intermediate)
- Commitment to Quality Control and Quality Management System
- Experience in North America or Australia is a plus
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
