In this role you will help build the next generation of THE HOKUS PLATFORM for life insurance, collaborating with an international team to deliver robust features in an agile environment. You will contribute to both new development and ongoing maintenance across systems used by wealth managers and life insurers.
You will work with data scientists, business users, and engineers to craft elegant, scalable solutions and continuously improve our practices. This is an opportunity to impact the daily tools used by private bankers through a mission-driven, cross-functional tech environment.

Responsabilidades
- Experience with Smalltalk or as software engineer for the life insurance sector
- Hands-on experience with technologies
- Strong analytical skills

- Experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
- Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree in engineering
