We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious freelance recruiter to join our international team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.About the RoleAs a Swedish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence.During your first three months, you’ll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you’ll get hands‑on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis – with no earning cap.You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment.Responsibilities- Source and headhunt Swedish-speaking candidates for roles abroad- Source and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based roles- Screen CVs, conduct interviews,



and assess candidates’ suitability- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process- Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profiles- Manage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open roles- Follow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboarding- Fluent in Swedish (native or near‑native level) and proficient in English- Previous experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred)- Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environment- Skilled in sourcing and headhunting (especially via LinkedIn and social media)- Self‑driven, organised, and able to work independently- Passionate about helping people take the leap to work abroad- Paid onboarding period (first 3 months) – learn, grow, and earn while training- Uncapped commission after the initial period – your effort defines your income- Full flexibility – work remotely from anywhere- Supportive and collaborative international team- A meaningful role helping others start their journey abroad- Opportunity for long-term collaborationReady to join us?If you’re ambitious, structured, and ready to take charge of your own success – we’d love to hear from you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
