Are you looking for a stable position in property care and domestic support in Palma? Serveis / Servicios is currently seeking two dedicated workers for multi-service household management and basic estate upkeep in Mallorca. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining residential properties in top condition, handling day-to-day cleaning, and supporting general property maintenance.

Your primary daily responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out thorough cleaning tasks across indoor areas, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.

- Performing window cleaning and regular floor care to maintain high cleanliness standards.

- Handling basic property maintenance and practical upkeep around the estate.

- Supporting general estate management tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

To be considered for this position,



you should meet the following requirements:

- Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent school certificate).

- At least 12 months of relevant work experience in cleaning, domestic services, or facility upkeep.

- Flexibility regarding working hours across a split schedule.

- A valid category B driving licence is considered an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of office IT applications and English language skills at the A2 level are desirable assets.

What the position offers:

- A permanent contract (contrato fijo) with a full-time commitment.

- A gross annual salary of 17,094 Euros, including pro-rated extra payments. xcskxlj

- A structured split-shift schedule from 08:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 20:00, with two scheduled days off per week.

- Incorporation date starting in September 2026.
