Experteer Overview In this role you will design, deploy, and operate core hybrid infrastructure across AWS and on-prem datacenters to support Fever’s general services. You will drive the evolution of a hybrid cloud strategy, ensuring high availability, security, and scale for health-critical workloads. You’ll mentor engineers and lead infrastructure initiatives across cross-functional teams, balancing hands-on work with architectural ownership. - Design, deploy, and maintain core hybrid infrastructure across on-premise datacenters and AWS
- Support secure, high-availability hybrid cloud connections
- Administer foundational AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, Route 53, ELB/ALB)
- Configure secure networking between cloud and datacenter (Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, VPN, VPC Peering)
- Manage Linux and Windows Server platforms and core networking services (DNS, DHCP, AD, LDAP)
- Administer virtualization environments (VMware vSphere/ESXi, Hyper-V, KVM)
- Handle physical datacenter operations and hardware maintenance
- Deploy and troubleshoot production Kubernetes clusters




- Assist storage operations, backups, SAN/NAS, disaster recovery
- Support Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Maintain network security (firewalls, VLANs, routing)
- Monitor health, performance, and security across cloud/on-premise
- Contribute to cloud migration, capacity planning, and cost optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational continuity and security (GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Produce and maintain technical documentation in EnglishResponsabilidades
- 5+ years in systems and infrastructure engineering
- 2+ years production AWS experience
- Experience designing hybrid cloud architectures (AWS + On-Prem)
- Basic hands-on Kubernetes in production
- Experience in international, distributed teams
- Residence in Madrid
- Availability for occasional datacenter travel
