About the Role We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with hands‑on experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service , focused on the development and integration of solutions within the Copilot Service Workspace . You will join an international technology consulting environment, contributing to the evolution of customer service platforms and integration layers built on Microsoft technologies. The role combines Dynamics customization, frontend development, and integration work within modern customer support ecosystems. What you’ll do Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions Develop and maintain integrations within Copilot Service Workspace Implement and configure Channel Integration Framework (CIF) integrations Develop frontend logic and custom behaviors using JavaScript / TypeScript Work with Microsoft APM SDK for application integrations within Dynamics Collaborate with backend and integration teams to ensure end‑to‑end functionality Ensure performance, maintainability,
