- Define and execute market development strategies for cardiac conduction system pacing and bradycardia/CRT-P therapies across Western Europe
- Identify and overcome clinical, workflow, operational, and perception barriers to adoption
- Lead marketing readiness and execution for key launches
- Develop scalable segmentation and prioritization frameworks to support regional growth
- Translate clinical evidence into practical customer tools such as workflows, checklists,



and value narratives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver field-ready assets, governance, and prioritization across portfolio workstreamsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- 7 to 10+ years in strategic marketing, market development, or portfolio commercialization in healthcare or medical devices
- Experience supporting product launches, therapy adoption, or portfolio transitions
- Ability to translate complex clinical/technical information into clear customer value propositions
