Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and coordinate strategic programs to boost client retention and value across Gartner’s CSO Strategy u0026amp; Operations team. You will partner with Sales, Product, Technology, Insights, and service delivery teams to translate best practices into actionable enablement resources. You will monitor performance, drive cross-functional initiatives, and present results to senior leaders, shaping how Gartner supports clients and accelerates retention. - Lead initiatives to improve performance against best practices and accelerate client retention
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology, and Insights to deliver coordinated solutions to service teams
- Work with GSu0026D Ops, Sales Leaders, Team NCVI Partners, and Service delivery teams to execute and monitor programs
- Identify and mitigate strategic risks related to processes and retention across Gartner’s products and practices
- Produce operational and planning reports/presentations for senior leaders (e.G., quarterly reviews, monthly updates)




- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analytics to identify improvements, provide actionable recommendations, and increase transparency
- Foster strong relationships across GSu0026D Ops, Sales Leaders, Team NCVI Partners, and Service delivery teams
- Collaborate with relevant partners to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunitiesResponsabilidades
