- Support full-cycle recruitment across creative, strategy, production, and client teams- Manage recruitment from sourcing and interviewing through offer negotiation and onboarding- Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines using social platforms, professional networks, and LinkedIn- Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and outreach messages- Assess portfolios and conduct interviews when applicable to evaluate creative ability and team fit- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications- Research market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity- Maintain the ATS and talent database- Establish and manage internship agreements and partnerships with universities and creative schools- Track creative trends and discover emerging talent across marketsRequirements- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or coordination, ideally in a creative, digital, or agency setting- Strong sourcing skills- Passion for creativity, culture,
