? We are looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The adecuado candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth!✅Functions & Responsibilities:- Manage data sources to effectively report power plants operation (internal reports and official reports to CTGI)- Collaborate with advanced techniques to analyze our assets operation.- Propose and improve existing KPIs to increase power plants generation.- Support the engineering team to conduct data-driven Root Cause Analysis- Collaborate with other departments for reporting purposes- Support the proper implantation of automatic data triggers to identify premature malfunction of our generation systems.? Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Mathematics or Data Analytics- At least 8 years of experience in the energy industry, and in a similar role.- Advanced to Intermediate English language proficiency (B2-C1), Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2),
