You will partner with HR and business leaders to resolve sensitive matters, support union-related processes, and shape practical solutions to workforce challenges. - Lead highly complex and sensitive investigations into employee relations matters (e.G., discrimination, harassment, retaliation, policy violations)
- Gather evidence, interview witnesses, analyze data, and produce detailed investigation reports
- Provide guidance on labor relations issues including union organizing, contract negotiations, and grievance resolution




- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to address unit-specific challenges and opportunities
- Advise on potential restructures and proposals affecting roles in the EMEA regionResponsabilidades
- Bachelor"s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- Significant experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, HRBP roles with track record in investigations and stakeholder influence
- Thorough understanding of local employment laws and regulations; experience with unions and collective bargaining
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Professional certifications such as CPID, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP are a plus
