The regional business is entering an important growth phase, and Product is getting a genuine seat at the table for the first time.What you'll own:The 3-year product vision and roadmap, working closely with the CEO and CTOStructuring the Product function from scratch: roles, rituals, standards, and a real discovery-to-delivery processPricing, packaging and go-to-market as a Product responsibility, not a commercial afterthoughtEmbedding AI properly into how the Product team works, and shaping which AI capabilities become customer-facing featuresProduct Contribution Margin as your core KPI,



anchoring every decision in customer-paid value rather than features shippedWhat we're looking for:A product leader who has built or structurally transformed a Product function inside an ERP business, or a tier-1 strategy-consulting background with deep product, tech or digital-transformation exposureGenuine, hands-on use of AI in your own practice, not just familiarity with the conceptComfort operating across an international, multi-entity groupA direct, low-ego communicator who can bring Engineering, Sales and Operations on board without relying on hierarchyC2 Spanish and B2 EnglishIdeally 2/3 days in the office in Barcelona, with real autonomy over team composition, pricing and go-to-market, and exposure to Product leaders across the wider group.
