It connects operational tools to a proprietary data warehouse and turns them into clear dashboards, real-time financial KPIs, and AI assistants for direct business-data interaction.Задачи- Lead business requirements gathering, functional KPI design, and analytical solution validation; - Identify clients’ analytical needs and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and process models; - Design and audit business rules for key metrics, including EBITDA, sales margin, COGS, average ticket, labor productivity, and inventory; - Analyze clients’ source-system data structures, including POS/TPV systems, accounting ERPs, and shift-management tools, and guide data standardization; - Validate dashboards, data models, and AI chat responses before production deployment; - Conduct discovery and follow-up sessions with clients and key stakeholders; - Prioritize needs and refine the analytical backlog; - Propose continuous improvements to dashboards, functional documentation, and client-to-technical-team workflows.Требования- 1–3 Years of experience in Business Analysis, Functional Analysis,
