Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you design and deliver AI-assisted workflows to automate SDLC activities, enabling repo analysis, code scanning, and architecture discovery. You will build repeatable accelerators by packaging prompts, tools, routing, and governance steps for reliable, auditable outputs. You will integrate AI workflows with Git platforms, CI/CD, docs stores, issue trackers, and test artifacts, supporting transparent traceability. You will experiment with diverse models in approved environments to evaluate suitability for automation and handover tasks, and help translate ambiguous questions into validated deliverables.

Develop reusable AI-powered workflows for repository analysis, code scanning, service decomposition, dependency discovery, build diagnosis, and documentation generation

Package prompts, tools, retrieval layers, model routing, evaluation checks, retries,



and human approval steps into repeatable engineering accelerators

Integrate AI workflows with Git platforms, CI/CD, documentation stores, issue trackers, test outputs, service catalogs, and architecture evidence repositories

Produce auditable workflow outputs with traceable sources, confidence indicators, reviewer checkpoints, and explicit assumptions

Experiment with open-source, open-weight, and Chinese coding models in approved environments to compare usefulness for SDLC automation and handover tasks

Support work-package leads by translating ambiguous engineering questions into structured AI-assisted workflows and validated deliverables
