Proven experience in change management, ideally within operational excellence, transformation or large-scale deployment projects Solid knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks, such as ADKAR/Prosci and Kotter Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a cross-cultural, multi-site environment Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption and performance KPIs Proactive, empathetic approach to managing resistance and driving sustainable adoption Fluent in English,
