The technology works. The next challenge is making it production-ready and scalable for deployment into real customer environments.They are now looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to own that transition.This is not a traditional Platform Engineering role focused on Kubernetes, Terraform and cloud infrastructure. You’ll work across Software Engineering, Platform/Release Engineering and Embedded Systems, building the processes and infrastructure required to test, release, deploy and safely update the product.You won’t be maintaining an established Platform function. You’ll be helping build and professionalise it.What we are looking for5–8 years of experience across Software, Platform, Release or Embedded EngineeringStrong Python and comfortable working with C++Previous experience taking real software from prototype/early-stage to productionStrong CI/CD experience across complex, non-trivial systemsAutomated testing, integration testing, benchmarking and release processesExperience deploying software beyond traditional cloud/SaaS environmentsExperience with embedded systems, physical devices,



on-premise environments or restricted networksStrong understanding of production-quality software, APIs, module boundaries and code architectureExperience restructuring or improving existing production codebasesComfortable taking ownership of complex technical problems with no existing playbookProfessional level of EnglishNice to haveExperience with robotics, IoT, autonomous systems, automotive, aerospace, medtech or other embedded productsOTA or signed software update systemsArtifact signing, atomic deployments, rollback and partial updatesAWS or other cloud infrastructure for simulation, testing and deploymentExperience building automated benchmark and integration testing infrastructureSoftware security experience within embedded or connected productsExperience working with regulated or on-premise customer environmentsFamiliarity with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) or similar assurance frameworksPrevious experience in Deep Tech, defence or an early-stage technology companyWhat you’ll be doingTaking two existing codebases and helping turn them into scalable,
