Experteer Overview In this role you will support the Rail Systems Team in Madrid, delivering BIM models for rail systems projects across multiple regions. You will build geo-locatable BIM models, manage shared parameters and link models from other disciplines, and contribute to BEP compliance and clash coordination. You will create parametric families for rail components and produce project drawings per standards, while participating in design submissions and coordination meetings. This position offers exposure to international rail projects and the opportunity to shape digital delivery in a global infrastructure firm.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Support engineering by clarifying project installations and resolving interfaces
- Create BIM models from scratch with geo-location, parameters, and linked disciplines
- Develop and manage parametric families for rail components
- Produce drawings using templates, filters, title blocks,



and sheets per project standards
- Participate in BIM execution plan discussions and ensure implementation by the Madrid team
- Attend clash detection and BIM coordination meetings with other disciplines
- Contribute to design submissions as plannedResponsabilidades
- 2–5 years of experience; at least 2 years with Bentley MicroStation and related model types
- Experience with ProjectWise
- Strong 2D drawing and technical detailing skills
- Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with BIM platforms: BIM 360, ACC, Navisworks
- Automation skills with Dynamo or similar tools
- Team player with a willingness to help
