What will you do? * Build and manage a portfolio of new business clients in the Dutch market * Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients business goals and recommending tailored Google Ads solutions * Generate new business through outbound sales activities and identify opportunities to increase advertising investment * Develop high-performing PPC campaigns that drive measurable business results * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention * Manage a high volume of accounts while maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records * Identify customer needs and provide strategic digital marketing recommendations * Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators * Adapt quickly to changing customer needs and market trends while delivering outstanding service * Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best possible customer experience Candidate profile * BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred). * C2 level of Dutch and a high level of English (both written and spoken). * Proven sales and/or marketing experience (2+ years preferred), with a track record of winning over clients in high-stakes, target-driven environments. * Regularly integrates AI tools into workflows and interprets insights to personalize outreach; experienced in improving CRM systems. * Deep understanding of Dutch business etiquette, cultural nuances, and regional digital marketing ecosystems. * Awareness of local regulations, specifically GDPR and data privacy, to ensure compliant outreach. * Excellent written and verbal presentation skills; ability to persuasively explain complex ideas and handle sophisticated ROI questions. * Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with the ability to work independently while collaborating actively with a team. * Solid business acumen with the ability to conduct competitor analysis and analyze market trends to inform strategic positioning.
