As ServiceNow Practice Lead, you will architect, implement, and govern the ServiceNow platform across Unit4. You will lead a specialist team to optimize workflows and integrations aligned with business objectives. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the platform scales with evolving needs while upholding governance and security. This role offers impact through platform maturity, cross‑functional collaboration, and ongoing service improvement, within a culture that values autonomy and sustainability.

• Act as lead architect for the ServiceNow platform, directing configuration, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Lead a team to develop and enhance ServiceNow to meet business goals
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into ServiceNow capabilities
• Define and enforce governance, security, and optimization best practices
• Ensure seamless integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
• Oversee daily operations, reliability, security,



and performance of the platform
• Manage ServiceNow licensing and ensure compliance with licensing terms
• Maintain relationships with ServiceNow and third‑party vendors to ensure high‑quality service delivery

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as ServiceNow architect or team lead
• Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and HRSD within ServiceNow
• Solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM and HR processes
• Knowledge of ServiceNow NowAssist AI (advantage)
• ServiceNow certification (Administrator, Developer, or Implementation Specialist) is highly desirable
• Proven leadership of technical teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Good English level
