We're looking for a senior addition to that team: someone who can own the technical side of a rollout (CRM, telephony, agent configuration) and be the person the client trusts, end to end, on our most complex accounts.What you'll do- Own technical onboarding for enterprise clients: CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot), telephony (SIP, Twilio, WebRTC), and agent configuration- Configure and tune voice agent flows using our Goal / Script / Guardrails / Objections / Data Collection framework- Be the senior technical point of contact on our most complex,
