Senior Planner – Data Centres & HV Infrastructure Location: Remote – Europe Travel: European project travel as required Salary: €120,000 + Benefits Sector: Hyperscale Data Centres / Mission Critical We are looking for an experienced Senior Planner to join a growing contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe. This is a remote-based position , offering the flexibility to work from home while travelling to live projects and client meetings across Europe when required. With a strong pipeline of new-build developments across multiple European markets, this is an opportunity to take a key planning role across technically complex, fast-paced projects while maintaining significantly more flexibility than a traditional site-based position. The Role As Senior Planner, you will be responsible for developing, managing and reporting against detailed project programmes from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. You will work closely with Project Directors, construction teams, commercial teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure programmes are realistic, fully integrated and actively used to drive project delivery. Key responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes using Primavera P6 Produce baseline programmes, short-term lookaheads and recovery programmes Monitor progress against key milestones and identify potential delays Analyse the critical path and highlight programme risks Work closely with project teams to develop mitigation and recovery strategies Integrate CSA,



MEP and commissioning activities into the master programme Review subcontractor programmes and challenge sequencing and productivity assumptions Produce weekly and monthly planning reports for senior management and clients Support tendering and pre-construction planning for upcoming European projects Attend project sites across Europe as required Drive planning best practice across multiple projects and project teams About You We are looking for someone with: Strong experience as a Senior Planner / Project Planner on major construction projects Advanced Primavera P6 capability Data centre or other mission-critical project experience strongly preferred Good understanding of construction sequencing, interfaces and critical path analysis Experience working across CSA, MEP and commissioning programmes Strong reporting and programme analysis skills Confidence challenging Project Managers, subcontractors and senior stakeholders Experience working on projects valued at €100m+ would be advantageous Willingness to travel across Europe when required Full professional fluency in English The Package €120,000 salary + benefits Alongside the package, the position offers: Remote working when not required on project sites Travel across major European data centre markets Exposure to large-scale hyperscale developments Long-term European project pipeline Opportunity to work across multiple projects rather than being permanently tied to one site Strong progression opportunities as the planning function and European portfolio continue to grow This role would particularly suit an experienced planner who wants to remain involved in major European data centre construction while moving away from a permanently site-based position.
