PROCUREMENT AND FACILITIES SPECIALIST
Sevilla Hybrid Permanent contract

ROLE CONTEXT
As part of our specialized Procurement and facilities team, you will contribute to the continued expansion and development of our international operations across more than 15 countries.
You will work in collaboration with experts from different disciplines, providing your technical expertise in projects with a high level of responsibility.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for professionals with a strong technical background and a commitment to excellence:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or Double Degree in Business Administration and Law.
At least 5 years of experience in Procurement and Facilities Management at both national and international levels.
English level: C1
Advanced Excel skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for:
Vendor management, contract negotiation, procurement processes, and facilities coordination.
Manage the preparation, monitoring, evaluation,



and launch of international tenders and RFPs.
Analyze expenditure, prepare budgets, and monitor budget performance
End-to-end office management, space optimization, cost-saving initiatives, and office refurbishment and fit-out projects
