Experteer Overview In this CRM-focused role, you drive strategic initiatives that boost sales effectiveness, service excellence, and customer experience. You act as the bridge between business, CRM Portfolio, IT, analytics, and AI enablement to turn concepts into executable plans. You will lead cross-functional delivery in a complex, integral environment without direct authority. You will shape CRM processes, data-driven decisions, and AI-enabled transformations to deliver measurable business value. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead strategic CRM initiatives across Sales, Service, CX, and Digital Transformation • Own delivery from intake to value realization and deployment • Define scope, milestones, success criteria, and execution plans • Align initiatives with portfolio priorities and roadmap commitments • Coordinate business, IT, and vendor stakeholders to meet outcomes • Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories; manage backlog • Coordinate sprint and release planning; track progress and enforce delivery excellence • Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and timelines • Use dashboards and KPI frameworks to plan, prioritize,
