Experteer Overview As Product Design Manager, you lead a small team of Product Designers within Glovo’s UX group to craft cohesive, user-centered experiences for the Customer App. You’ll align with UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product and Engineering to elevate design quality and strategy. This hands-on leadership role combines mentorship with end-to-end project execution, driving design systems adoption and cross-project cohesion. You’ll shape strategy, mentor ICs, and advocate for end users to impact product outcomes. - Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers and collaborate with UX Leads to shape customer UX strategy
- Drive cohesive, user-centered design across projects and pods
