Experteer Overview In this role you will lead a global PM team (60–70) across multiple hubs to deliver Medical Affairs and Market Access initiatives with consistent, high-quality outcomes. You’ll establish a PM Center of Excellence, standardize methodologies, and drive efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making across geographies. You will partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and enable rapid, compliant project delivery. This is a shaping role at scale within Sanofi’s SBO Medical function. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead and develop a global team of 40–50 PMs across Bogota, Hyderabad, and potentially Budapest and other BO locations, ensuring delivery excellence • Establish and run a Project Management Center of Excellence with standardized methodologies and best practices • Apply Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches consistently across portfolios and regions • Ensure consistent delivery quality across geographies and therapeutic areas, including budget management and congress/events activities • Drive operational excellence and cost optimization via standardization and shared services models • Develop scalable PM frameworks adaptable to varying project sizes and diseases • Directly manage Team Leads, provide coaching, performance feedback, and capability-building • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning to meet evolving needs • Collaborate with Account Managers, Medical leads, HEVA, and Commercial teams to align PM capabilities with business priorities • Support budget management processes with financial discipline and transparency • Create and maintain PM tools, templates, and training; drive governance, KPIs, and reporting • Lead risk management, escalation handling,



and issue resolution for project delivery • Identify opportunities for automation and digital enablement to enhance productivity • Stay aligned with Sanofi quality standards and regulatory requirements • Contribute to long-term strategic planning for the PM function within SBO Medical Responsabilidades • 8–10 years of PM experience in a multinational company (pharma/medical affairs/medical communications a plus) • Experience managing large, geographically distributed teams (30+ people) • Knowledge of Medical Affairs and Market Access activities (budget, congress/events, publication planning) is advantageous • Proven ability to build, scale, and lead centers of excellence or shared service functions • Experience managing multi-country teams and navigating diverse regulatory environments • Track record of delivering operational excellence and cost savings through standardization and process optimization • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Proficiency in PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and related tools • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities in a global setting • Ability to drive change and continuous improvement across distributed teams • Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics, KPIs, governance • Collaborative leadership with coaching and performance management focus • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/MSc or scientific field preferred; PMP or equivalent certification highly preferred • Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage Requisitos principales • Hybrid work arrangement • Employee benefit programs • Competitive compensation • General exposure • Opportunities for professional growth • Diversity and inclusion actions
