Independently manage complex, cross-functional projects across the Axpo Group from setup and structuring through successful delivery Lead key workstreams within large, group-wide transformation and strategy projects Support internal stakeholders in identifying project opportunities and delivering business-critical initiatives Contribute to the continuous development of the project management organisation and methodologies Strengthen collaboration and networking across the Group, linking Madrid with other Axpo locations Drive strategically relevant projects including post-merger integrations, business model transformations and group-wide change programmes Requirements

Master’s degree in business administration, finance,



engineering or natural sciences At least 7 years of experience in project management and workshop facilitation Experience preferably at a top-tier consulting firm Proven track record delivering complex, cross-divisional projects or leading major project streams Strong communication skills Analytical and structured mindset Proactive, hands-on approach Confidence using AI-supported and digital tools Business-fluent English, written and spoken, is essential German is an advantage Ability to travel flexibly to Baden, Switzerland and other international Axpo sites as project needs require Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects and leading strategic initiatives within a corporate environment. Proficient in project management methodologies and capable of fostering collaboration across diverse teams and locations.
