- Provide oversight of IAG Cargo's global operations across IAG operating companies regarding regulatory requirements and IAG Cargo standards- Develop and deliver a quality assurance programme- Support the business in identifying and addressing non-compliance- Work across a worldwide network of insourced and outsourced operations- Design, implement, and manage group safety, security, and operations standards aligned with regulatory requirements- Manage group approvals and licenses, ensuring required approvals are in place and complied with- Oversee network performance through a quality assurance programme- Provide regional support and advice on aviation security, health and safety, and quality management- Develop and manage audit and inspection plans for the IAG Cargo network- Ensure compliance with EASA OPS, other regulations, operating-company policies, and IAG Cargo standards- Recommend corrective actions for shortfalls and monitor completion- Investigate safety and security incidents as required- Produce reports on findings, observations, and recommendations- Support development, implementation, and maintenance of integral technical standards- Support obtaining and maintaining regulatory approvals- Produce trend analysis, metrics, analytics,
