Under the direction of Congress & Event Specialists and Leads, you will assist in day-to-day project tasks, helping to ensure that deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

You will develop a working knowledge of the u Summit platform and standard operating procedures while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Requirements & Qualifications 0–1 year of experience in an administrative, event support, or project coordination capacity; internship experience considered Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field applicable to meeting planning or project management Assist with client-facing materials and communications as directed Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Eager to learn and able to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures Reliable team contributor with a positive,



can-do attitude Comfortable flagging questions or concerns to a Specialist or Lead in a timely manner Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks with close guidance Curiosity and enthusiasm for technology and/or meeting and conference planning Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic familiarity with common file formats (DOCX, XLSX, PDF, MP4, MP3, etc.) Strong work ethic, professional demeanor, and a genuine desire to learn and grow Work Environment Full-time remote contract position with flexibility and autonomy Mac Book provided
