Implementation Manager
to lead customer onboarding and implementation after the sales process is completed. You will act as the main point of contact from contract signature through launch, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring each implementation progresses smoothly and on schedule.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end customer implementation and onboarding process for new customers.
Manage multiple customer implementations with different timelines, requirements, stakeholders, and priorities.

Lead customer kickoff and implementation meetings while proactively moving projects toward launch.
