Experteer Overview As a Project Manager at Welocalize, you will steer client projects from planning to delivery, coordinating global teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets. You’ll align client requirements with internal capabilities, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders. - Plan and scope projects with the client, gathering requirements and validating outcomes
- Allocate resources and coordinate with stakeholders to meet quality, cost, and schedule constraints
- Perform risk analysis and implement contingency plans (PDCA cycle)
- Lead internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery
- Create and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery




- Manage budgets and control costs to protect margins
- Foster strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and external vendors
- Identify and implement improvements to delivery, quality, and profitability
- Provide formal and ad-hoc status reports on scope, financials, progress and risk
- Maintain accurate finance records and document processes
