You will work across corporate, group, and MICE segments to unlock opportunities and build lasting client relationships. - Lead and develop high-performing hotel sales teams and campaigns
- Drive revenue growth through commercial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and optimise profitability
- Manage market segmentation, customer acquisition, and distribution channels
- Oversee CRM systems (Delphi FDC or equivalent) and digital sales platforms




- Negotiate with clients and close deals, building long-term relationships
- Influence stakeholders and drive accountability across the organization
- Manage corporate, group and MICE segments and contribute to market share objectivesResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years of progressive commercial experience in hospitality
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role directing hotel sales teams
- Proven success in achieving revenue and market share objectives
- Experience with corporate, group and MICE segments
- Previous people-management experience required
- Hilton experience preferred
- Delphi FDC or equivalent CRM systems
- Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced)
