Your core focus will be finding, engaging, and pipelining high-performing commercial sales and tech professionals to support our client's European expansion.Key Responsibilities- Dutch Market Mapping & Pipeline Creation: Map out the Dutch-speaking talent market to identify and engage passive SDR and AE talent, as well as relevant tech professionals, building an active pipeline.- Targeted Outreach & Screening: Represent Blu and the client brand when approaching candidates about the Barcelona opportunity. Conduct engaging preliminary screens evaluating commercial track record, quota achievement, technical alignment, motivation, and cultural fit.- Stakeholder Alignment & Pipeline Velocity:
