UX/UI Designer Intern
to join one of our app squads — alongside a Product Owner, Developers, and Analysts — to design user experiences that are as beautiful as they are effective.
You’ll work on
real product features

Eligibility: You’re currently studying at a university in Spain (ideally in or near Barcelona) and can sign a "convenio de prácticas". This position is open exclusively for internship agreements.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN (Your Mission)
Design Impactful User Experiences:
Create user flows, wireframes,
and prototypes for live Carrots apps, optimizing every pixel for usability, conversion, and delight.
Support the Product Team:
Collaborate with the Product Owner and Developers to ship new features, improve UI consistency, and ensure design decisions align with business metrics.
UX Research & Testing:
Conduct usability testing, competitor audits, and heuristic analyses to validate design decisions.
Growth-Oriented Design:
Experiment with paywalls, onboarding, and in-app flows that improve activation, retention, and monetization.
Design System & Handoff:
Maintain and improve the design system, ensure Figma files are clean and ready for dev handoff.
Data-Driven Creativity:
Collaborate with analysts to interpret data and apply insights to design improvements and experiments.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (90 Days)
Your designs are live in production — users are tapping, swiping, and converting through your work.
You’ve launched at least one
A/B-tested UX or UI experiment
that improved a key metric.
You’ve contributed components or patterns to the
Carrots Design System
.
You’re seen by your squad as the
owner of usability and polish
