We are looking for a Senior Performance Engineer to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group. The adecuado candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth! Functions & Responsibilities: * Manage data sources to effectively report power plants operation (internal reports and official reports to CTGI) * Collaborate with advanced techniques to analyze our assets operation. * Propose and improve existing KPIs to increase power plants generation. * Support the engineering team to conduct data-driven Root Cause Analysis * Collaborate with other departments for reporting purposes * Support the proper implantation of automatic data triggers to identify premature malfunction of our generation systems.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: * A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Mathematics or Data Analytics * At least 8 years of experience in the energy industry, and in a similar role. * Advanced to Intermediate English language proficiency (B2-C1),



Native Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2), both written and verbal. It would be very valuable if you had: * Knowledge and experience in Programming in Python, R; Databases modelling using SQL; and, Power BI Dashboards Management. * Experience in KPIs definition. * Experience in Data Analysis for Renewable Energy. * Experience in Alarms Mitigation. * Critical thinking and attention to detail; Problem-solving; and, Adaptability.
